Ocelot was the last player I needed to get to capable fielding, so now everyone is on primary training! Tiger is an absolute beast, check him out :)

And the fielding standards for some of you guys have surpassed me greatly, I tend to only get Capable or Reliable by 19 y.o's, and you guys train to like Capable when 16 :o. I can't compete with those beastly youths/farms :P.

I find it easier just to train it first up so it's over with, also means comparing players progress is easier too.

Fielding trains quicker when they are 16.  Best to train fielding then
