i learnt it's not worth betting on those as ties are pretty common

Gaff in group A on SB looks an easy @4.00

I do, but most of the bets are after round 6 which is a little closer.

Pretty sure I saw that too and on it.

Pretty interesting page I found, bases his votes including historical over and under estimations over the past 8 years of Brownlow voting.

Is that guy taking the piss? Titch on 41.5? Not a chance.

Think he's taking into account how the umps vote over history, players who rack up big disposal numbers get votes.  I do think his prediction is high, but I have Mitchell on 37 and I've stated I purposefully lean towards history too.  His results are more interesting for the team votes though.

Sure is considering Mitchell won’t even win...

Just out of curiosity does everyone else have Mitchell winning comfortably!?

Has Cripps on like 8 votes;

Immediately loses credibility. Cripps is Jesus to the umpires.

I have Titch winning by like 6 I think but have severely underrated Cripps got him on less then 20 votes

Ive got Mitchell winning by one on 28, from Grundy 27, and Yeo/Gaff/Gawn all 23. Grundy and Gawn are hard ones to quantify, but historically umpires dont notice hit outs as much as they do around the ground work. Thats wjy I think Grundy is ahead of Hawn and can win it, as he gets his 20 touches and is top 10-15 in the comp for contested balls and clearances. Whereas Gawns greatest influence is in dominating hit outs which I dont think catches the eye of umpires as much. I habe Cripps back on 18 but I also find him hard to place, could be anywhere from 14 to 28 i think.

I'll say it again, Cripps is going to be that guy who's game doesn't translate to votes this season.  He'll be lucky to finish top 10.

Mitchell will romp it home, but would've made for a much more interesting count if he had been rubbed out for punching Goldy.
