ah okay well i just did an average for my starting 11 age and i got 22.09 so i guess that means my ratings will only improve, ive only got 3 players in my squad over 21 and they are 23, 25 and 29 so im quite happy with my team :)

The young team takes a little while to pay off.

My oldest player is 25 and that's only 2 of them which I bought last season. The rest are 21-23 who play consistently and some have been with me for a few seasons. They start paying off after a little work 8).

okay good to know, itll work better in the long run aye ? 8) my older guys are only my AR (23), WK (25), and i brought in a batsman with some experience to help with the younger lads (29)

My AR is 30 and Keeper 24.

Also, now replace that 23 year old with a 25 year old ;)

Or maybe he could replace someone else...
