Yeah exactly what fletch said. I have a guy in my team who will pop in endurance (he is old so I train him on that) before he gets to 2k in SR because everything else has been trained well. SR are a good indicator to start, but then you need to work out when he has had his previous pops and how long you have been training him on something to be able to estimate when he will pop more accurately

Exactly, that's why I change my training around. That way I exhaust my SR, and keep it to a bare minimum.

Add up all the trainable skills.
atr = 0
dread = 1000
poor = 2000
ordinary = 3000
average = 4000
and so on
etc,

Take total away from players rating and thats your Spare Ratings. Anything above 4k means your close to a pop.

Which ones are those?

Batting, Bowling, Keeping, Fielding, Endurance, Strength, Technique - the highest SR you could have is 6,993 (999 in each skill)

Wouldn't that be great fletch. You could train Keeper-Batsmen and get pops in Keeping, Batting, Technique, Fielding and Endurance in 1 week!! ;D

cookie311993

How much fielding points do you get training keeping though? Has me wondering. Cause slippens is 20 with ord fielding and reliable keeping. Maybe keeper-batsman and could get fielding pop this week or next and hopefully keeping
