Caleb Windsor is one of a number of young outside players who came into the Melbourne senior team over the past few years and have retained their spot, showing a commendable commitment to youth despite the club bottoming out as a result. Windsor started life as a senior Demon on a wing but has been shifted in his second season to a half back flank, maximising the benefits of his disposal skills while leaving the hard-nosed defending to more senior players. No fantasy premiums have yet been produced from this rebuild, but Windsor is one to keep an eye on.
