As the younger brother of Callum Brown and son of club legend Gavin, the silky Tyler Brown is held in high regard at the club. Yet to debut for the seniors, Brown made 13 appearances in the VFL. Brown will continue to develop his fitness in the twos and would be unlucky not to be given a debut in 2020. Until we catch him on the big stage, don't bother.

Leave Tyler to stride on
Younger brother to fellow Pie Callum Brown, Tyler Brown is a skilful outside runner who is yet to debut for the seniors. The father-son selection played for the VFL squad in 2018 and has continued to make positive progress over the preseason. Brown will need to do something seriously special to break into the senior engine room in 2019. While he does showcase great pace and agility, expect Brown to spend most of this year developing in the VFL. Avoid him in the draft.
Lighter shade of Brown
Younger brother of Callum and son of Gavin, Tyler Brown was a late bloomer in junior ranks and thus lacks even more conditioning than is usual for draftees with a mere 12 disposals per TAC Cup game in midfield. His football brain is much more developed, leading to a second father/son pick in two years for the Brown family. Brown will probably spend even more time at VFL level than his brother, not to mention hitting the protein shakes to fill out that frame. He has the vision and game sense to make it at the top level. For this year, however, leave him out of your draft league calculations to start with.
