Vigo Visentini is one of many younger rucks who have benefited from off-season changes to AFL rules which have brought the second rucks back into the sport in a major way. Instead of Peter Wright chopping out in ruck, Visentini comes off the bench as 23rd man to support Nick Bryan, mostly staying on ball with brief forays forward. At the age of 20, the younger Visentini still has a few years left before he is expected to grow into his talents, by which time he may have gone past Bryan to assume lead ruck duties. Like his brother Dante at Port Adelaide, he is a support man for now.
