A 2018 mature-aged rookie selection, Tobe Watson enjoyed a productive year as a defensive key for Peel Thunder. Watson averaged 17 disposals and 5 marks across 16 outings. Watson is likely to require a second season adding to his craft in the secondary competition. Avoid for fantasy purposes.
Supplementary, my dear Watson

Tobe is not to be, yet
Versalite Swan Districts product Tobe Watson was a late bloomer, having been passed up in his draft year, but took his game to another level in 2018. A formidable knack to read the play as well as an excellent work rate helped Watson to improve his WAFL stats, finishing with an average 19 disposals, five marks and four tackles per game over his 18 league matches in 2018. The defender who possesses a top-notch intercept ability has also been noted for his cool head under pressure. Nevertheless, the reality is that Watson will sit far down the ranks for the near future. He will need to work some magic if he wants to make a case for himself sooner rather than later, so fantasy coaches should look elsewhere.
