He added an extra handball to last year's stat line to push his trailing average just beyond 70 fantasy points, with about three-quarters of his games in startable range. The demise of Lachlan Hansen and a switch up the spine with Scott D. Thompson has meant that Tarrant has now become the premier interceptor at the Roos mostly at CHB, and he had plenty of footy flying towards him in 2017. For a tall defender, his variability is pretty low which means he's a low-end starter and should be drafted late.
