Paul Hunter was demoted to the rookie list for 2019 but is closer to a senior debut, having filled in for an injured Reilly O'Brien at the back end of the SANFL season and regularly topping 40 hit outs. Hunter will have to hope that Sam Jacobs drops away and that he can somehow dodge past O'Brien for a senior berth. His chances seem remote at this stage, and he is not fantasy relevant.

Long trek for Hunter
An injury to Reilly O'Brien halfway through 2017 meant Paul Hunter was upgraded from ruck/forward to lead ruck for the Crows in his second year in the SANFL, and he responded well with tackles and clearance work to back up his taps at stoppages. Hunter will probably remain behind O'Brien in the depth chart at the ruck position at Adelaide to begin 2018, and is only relevant for draft leagues off the free agent pool if those in front of him all fall over at once.
