Luckless Apeness
Another year, another wasted season for Michael Apeness. He returned from a knee PCL injury in the WAFL reserves in round 7 only to injure it again, making it 30 WAFL and seven AFL games in four years.
Apeness was supposed to be the long-term replacement for Matthew Pavlich at full forward. He would be like a mature-aged recruit if he ever makes it back to the senior side, but his scoring history is execrable. Ignore.
