One senior appearance for Liam Dawson for eight touches was a poor return after having been resigned last season. He averaged a goal per game and 80 fantasy points in the NEAFL playing back and forward at times, but has never cracked 20 disposals in the seniors. Brisbane are crying out for someone to step up as a dangerous user of the footy off a HFF with Tom Bell and Rohan Bewick disappointing, so it's a bad sign that Dawson wasn't even tried in the ones late in 2017 even after a couple of good games in July. The 2018 JLT may be his last chance.
