The Lions had previously wanted Harris Andrews to be that zone-off intercept weapon but he's turning into more of a Daniel Talia close-checking type. This is worth a look in preseason to see if Walker's late bloom is for real.

Starting the season in the NEAFL at full back with some success, Josh Walker was used in defence, attack and ruck at both levels wherever a gap in the team had to be filled. His numbers as a ruck/forward hovered near replacement level. Thankfully your needs in your fantasy team aren't as dire as those of the poor old Lions, so you can safely ignore Walker in your draft and only plug him in unless you are as undermanned as Brisbane seems to be all the time.
