Intercept defender Harrison Macreadie dealt with back complaints and hamstring niggles that delayed his VFL start last season. 12 matches later, he was picked for a solitary senior berth where he played the role of a witches hat flawlessly. Macreadie has never come close to the baseline for relevant fantasy defenders, with a career-high of 51, and only picked up 10 touches per week in the twos. He's as irrelevant as they come.
Macreadie has no cred

Macreadie, set... no
After a string of quadricep and hamstring injuries, Harrison Macreadie was managed through VFL action in the second half of 2018, without troubling the statisticians much at all. His preseason was interrupted by a back injury. Poor fitness, non-existent job security, terrible fantasy scoring potential, execrable role... what's not to like? But seriously, Macreadie is not a fantasy-relevant player.
Macreadie wasn't ready
A late inclusion for round 1, Harrison Macreadie lasted for a five-game run in the seniors, then played out most of the rest of the season in the VFL. Apart from two decent reserves games in July, he got very little of the ball. Macreadie came into the AFL system highly rated for his disposal quality. He didn't get much opportunity to showcase those skills, especially at senior level where he looked like a rabbit in headlights at times. Wait on him.
