Time to air O'Riordan
After impressive NEAFL form in between bad injuries, Colin O'Riordan finally got his chance for the senior squad in round 17 last year and impressed on debut. O'Riordan’s first two matches were excellent, averaging 78 as a rotating half back flanker, before a quiet third game which would be the last of his season. Word is that the Irishman has been seriously impressing over the preseason. If he is dealt sufficient opportunities, O'Riordan has breakout potential written all over him. Round 1 selection seems unlikely, but when he pushes for senior selection he could be a smoky pickup from the free agent pool.
O'Riordan is orright
Irishman Colin O'Riordan is yet to make his AFL debut, but has been far from useless in the NEAFL while transitioning from Gaelic football with averages of 19 touches and five marks. While O'Riordan will be hoping to make the senior team in 2018, the 22-year-old is still developing his skills and knowledge of the game so is not fantasy relevant at the moment.
