Hand and hamstring injuries kept Callum Ah Chee out of the senior side until round 7 last season, then he played every game on the way home. A late 2017 experiment in defence was repeated at times, without ever lighting up the stat sheet. Four trips beyond the 20 disposal mark in 44 games is not the sort of record you want out of a fantasy player, and Ah Chee's role has evolved into a Mr Fixit in a team where the dikes often have too many holes. Try never to be so desperate that you pick him up.
