In his first year in the SANFL, Ben Jarman played every game and made the top five of the Crow reserves best & fairest. He topped the team for score assists and involvements to bring back memories of his father Darren, while booting 12 goals from 18 games himself. The fact that Jarman was not upgraded from the rookie list for 2018 is a tell that his project will continue at the lower level for now. His game is built on quality not quantity, so even if elevated he will not be of interest in draft leagues with basic scoring at this stage.
