I'm going to finish 6th in YOD league, but I have one thing to look forward to in today's game.

Can Nandimithra hang on and make it 3 first place bowling trophies in his YOD career? (Would be the first time in 1.1 SL YOD history a bowler has gone 3 in a row) Can I finish with 3 of the top 5 bowlers? Not playing Ratnayke today (at this stage) as giving a few younger guys a shot so I probably won't finish with 4 in the top 10 but best case scenario here is I finish with 1,2,4 overall :)

Pretty scary stuff if you ask me :P

Averaging 2.8 wickets a game... haha. I'll get you $50k for him  ;) ;)

Math genius'.... Tell me how much I need to win by in order to finish on top of this guy so I can go to the next division.
1   Barnstaple   13   11   2   0   44   +2.4237   2835 / 405.3   2347 / 513.5
2   Stirling Archers   13   10   3   0   40   +1.7501   2513 / 437.5   2040 / 511.2

You are playing him I assume? Also I just had a brilliant idea that instead of doing all this manually (calculator) I should create an excel spreadsheet so I can jsut plug the numbers in from now on :P Surprised I never thought of this earlier.

If you win 250 runs vs 150 runs your NRR will only rise to +1.8101. So good luck is what I say :(

Pkbaldy

Ahhh damn... I should beat him too... Lame.

End of over 25 (9 runs) - Dhaka Metropolis (128-3) RR 5.12

Oh no, we have a new leader in the wicket taking... :-\ The last two seasons my lad has shared the award (But he's had better avg and econ both times) so want him to get it outright this time. Pressure on when he bowls later!

edit: Guy finished with 4 so Gamaarachchi needs 2 to get the gold trophy again :-\

Going to relegate whatever happens, so I put all my players on agro cause YOLO. At 9/125 I'm almost regretting that

Just looking abit closer at it, We took 10/1. Now thats an collapse!
Beastly. I like how Rakhman scored 75% of his team's runs with just 6 haha. Some bowling effort there from your openers :P.

N. Gamaarachchi (lfm) 4.5-1-14-7, L. Outridge 38 (54b)
End of over 28 (5 runs) - Goondiwindi(125-10). 82 runs required from 12 overs. RR 4.46 RRR 6.83

Oh yeah 8) But one problem. He had 92 YOD wickets leading into today. +7 today means yep, 99 wickets :'( Still 25 more than 2nd place who oddly is Wickramapala (also 19yo right now) and he has 10 more than the bloke who was leading my tally sicne Season 17! Shows how good these two guys have been for me.

I believe for batting or bowling it's around 70% to the main skill but not certain on that one.

Ok cheers mate. I thought fielding would be the same with maybe a 70/15/15 split or 70/20/10 but going off my 16yr old putting  on 410 pts a week on fielding and popping every 3 weeks this season, 70% didn't cut it.

It might be 80% instead of 85, all depending how many spares were with him when first drafted.

If i manage to keep up taking the numbers i should have it sussed by this time next season :P
I knew there was a reason I never got around to completing this. I tried to keep numbers for training, probably about 5 seasons ago, but there was just too many variables which is why I was never able to collect enough data. What you have to remember is that once a players skill reaches outstanding, training slows down.

Has spent what I believe is 19 sessions on Batting training since his last pop. And has Gifted Batting. Here I was wondering why it hadn't popped yet. He's gaining 100 points a week thought that surely 70 are going to batting... GM-deltronzero said not to expect the pop until mid next season so that means under 50 points are going to batting... (As if he popped after 20 weeks then 1000 points into 20 weeks = 50 points per week). So yeah that's a problem you will encounter when looking at players with skilled above outstanding, your % will be out of whack.

Never train a player to World Class unless you have a huge academy. Speaking of which I might upgrade mine..

Almost 3 YEARS since I moved it. That was probably when they made the change from weekly investments and fluctuations to this level up/down system.

I need Nige to step up for once in his life and win a tough game. So his friend Brandon can finish 2nd on the ladder.

Pkbaldy

Narre Warren - 4 Wickets in 2 overs. He's my champion.

Pkbaldy

All over haha. Got them out for 69 runs and made it in 8 overs... Travis Dean on Defensive tactics got 43 in 28 balls and Narre Warren got 7-22. I SHOULD finish 2nd now. Which is fine by me.
