Might want to work on the bowling orders there, he shouldn't be getting close to that score. Good win though :)

Looks like my chances of winning this one is gone. Pk you still have a chance though, so keep it going. If it looks like you are still a chance when our match comes along, I will play my youths and give you some extra NRR ;) (Oh, and obviously if the top guy loses matches then well I'm suddenly a chance again so it won't happen then)

S. Twible (rfm) 7-0-49-2, S. Hafiz 11 (9b), N. Gamaarachchi 2 (7b)
End of over 38 (2 runs) - PowerBugCC(165-8). 12 runs required from 2 overs. RR 4.34 RRR 6.00

38.1 4 Woutersz to Hafiz : Woutersz bounces him, but down leg, and Hafiz confidently hooks that down to fine leg for four. That's a great cricketing shot.

38.2 1 Woutersz to Hafiz : In the blockhole, but Hafiz manages to work it back past the bowler for a single.

38.3 1 Woutersz to Gamaarachchi : Short of a length delivery pitching outside off. Gamaarachchi presents an open blade and glides the ball through to third man.

38.4 1 Woutersz to Hafiz : Short ball on middle, pulled late to fine leg with a pivot on the back foot.

38.5 W Woutersz to Gamaarachchi : Woutersz musters up all the effort he can and fires in a toe crusher. Gamaarachchi obliges by getting himself in line with the stumps and the umpire raises his finger.
N. Gamaarachchi lbw b. B. Woutersz 3 (9b 0x4 0x6) SR:33.33

38.6 W Woutersz to Kumarihami : [runout] Caught ball-watching, slow to respond to his partner's call, run out by a metre. Dreadful running by Kumarihami.
A. Kumarihami run out (N. Gangodawila) 0 (1b 0x4 0x6) SR:0.00

B. Woutersz (rm) 8-0-39-3, S. Hafiz 17 (12b)
End of over 39 (7 runs) - PowerBugCC(172-10). 5 runs required from 1 overs. RR 4.41 RRR 5.00

iuhhui won by 4 runs

There it was, I had the chance to go top of YOD 1.1 after the top side slipped up. True to form, I managed to slip up as well. So flowering close to giving myself my best ever shot of winning a Div 1 title :'( The not out batsman was a Finisher too.

Welcome back BB67th :)
Cheers PB, I've been out of the game for a while after I lost interest for a bit, but now it's time to bring back Star Waughs and build a winning team. 8)

Oh, so it's not just me. Thought my internet was being lame, but then other sites like this one worked so was like wtf.

It's kinda just become habit to get on FTP on a Monday morning and go straight for the youth pull and check the youth pops and plops and so I was like frustrated that wasn't able to be done this morning hahaha.

Yeah likewise. Got mine done eventually. It's working slowly still.

Stil not fixed :( Really hope my NAT opponent has forgotten now :P

Meanwhile I have set orders for the first three matches already >:D

Torpedo10

Ahah Bravo, the joys of not being involved in Senior NATs.

It appears to be working alright again now. A few announcements have been made by Mr. Red.

I think the last time I got so excited over a player bowling well was when an old fella with the same name would rip through batting units. This guys doesn't quite rip through them with wickets, he does it with dot balls.

He has a NBB talent, but he conceded 1 run and took 2 wickets in the 18 balls he bowled after drinks. It's special, and he's gonna be a force for me moving forward.

PowerBug

I notice Torp has just bought one Sicco Harms. BP you'd be happy to see him back at a FF club. Been to 5 clubs in the space of 2 seasons now has Harms.

BratPack

It was a shame I ever had to let him go, but I couldn't afford his wage with my rebuilding, glad hes back in the FF family
