First pull of the season, 16 and has the right talent to make up for his meh stats, he won't be great, but with a bit of training, he could surely be serviceable at the least.
He'll be serviceable through youths, but that will be it. And in Div 5 YOD all you need to do is set orders each week and you will promote. ;)

Surely the early coin is more valuable to the side than a kid who won't contribute heavily in even youths for another two seasons at minimum. I'd say objectively speaking the best choice is to sell, but don't underestimate how much of the fun in this game comes from raising players, especially ones you've pulled yourself (er, so to speak).
