I'd give myself the edge in terms of premiums but your team is waaaaay younger and has a ton more upside.

Quito Quetzals Best XVIII

D: Kade Simpson, Shannon Hurn, Chris Yarran, Matt Suckling
M: Jarrad McVeigh, Sam Mitchell, Ryan Griffen, Jack Redden, Brad Ebert, Levi Greenwood
R: Aaron Sandilands
F: Paul Chapman, Travis Cloke, Tom J Lynch, Josh J Kennedy
U: Ivan Maric (R), Chad Wingard (F), Craig Bird (M)

E: Shaun Higgins (D), Matt White (M), Scott Lycett (R), Jeremy Cameron (F).

Probably my weak point is a lack of a genuine lock and load captain this season.

I so have a glut of other defenders who could be in contention though in Shane Savage, Nick Vlastuin, Tom Langdon, Jarryn Geary, Garrick Ibbotson and Ben Reid #DefDepth

Great work by everyone this off-season. The competition has certainly evened out to the point where only injuries, lack of a consistent captain, &/or under performing starters will determine who gets the 4 points each week - it will be harder to predict who actually will make finals than who will win imo (the recycle draft was really effective).

A few really strong contenders, but I'm tipping the Sharks to win next season. All round strong team whose weakest links are players who are yet to break out (e.g. Gaff, Yeo, Stringer, & Thomas). If at least 2 of the 4 aforementioned players manage to improve their output next season, I think they will distinguish themselves from the rest of the comp. They have the permanent captain in Jelwood and vice captain in Parker. Excluding anything unforeseeable, my money is on them ;)

The Sharks need to post their team in this thread so we can compare :P
