#1
Trades

Santiago gives: Sam Jacobs + Arryn Siposs
Brooklyn gives: Dean Cox + Hayden Crozier

FS says: Cox will be retiring soon and we decided that we need to cash in on him before he goes. Jacobs will be in the starting lineup and Siposs can hopefully join him soon

Quito gives: Zac Clarke + NAT Pick 13
Brooklyn gives: Garrick Ibbotson + Shaun Higgins

FS says: With the Hawks going for youth this trade is great. We now have two two great up and coming rucks in Hickey and Clarke plus a mature ruck in Jacobs. Pick 13 will get us a good young player. Ibbotson I feel is going to down in his scores and Higgins is injury prone

Colorado give: Tim Sumner
Brooklyn give: Tom Derickx

FS says: With so many ruckman, we could afford to get rid of Derickx. Sumner can hopefully become a good player for the Hawks

Brooklyn give: Christian Salem + Ben Howlett
Alberta give: Jesse Hogan + Todd Elton

FS says: Salem and Howlett would have been great for the Hawks but Hogan is a star and Elton is a player with potential.

Brooklyn give: Brent Moloney + Daniel Giansiracusa
Panama give: Elliot Yeo + Tendai Mzungu

FS says: Mzungu and Yeo will hopefully breakout this year and Moloney is old and Gia won't be playing in a year

Brooklyn give: RD Pick 27
Anaheim give: Danyle Pearce

FS says: Pearce adds extra depth. The pick probably would have picked up a non-playing player

Brooklyn give: Zac Clarke  + Aidan Corr
Boston give: Kristian Jaksch + NAT Pick 12

FS says: Two young players who will hopefully be stars come to the Hawks, we have to give up Clarke which is hard as he is a star. Corr hasn't shown anything yet.

Brooklyn gives: Nathan Freeman + Travis Varcoe + NAT Pick 39
Santiago gives: Reece Conca + Lindsay Thomas + NAT Pick 35

FS says: I lose Freeman who will be a star and Varcoe who is getting old but I get Conca who I really like and Thomas who will be great depth. The small pick upgrade helps to even out the deal.

Brooklyn gives: Jack Watts + Aaron Siposs + Kurt Aylett
Boston give: Lachie Hunter + Lachlan Keeffe + Rookie Pick 36

FS says: Watts is a spud and Siposs is too. Aylett has been delisted since this trade has been done. I pick up Hunter who'll be a starting forward, Keefe who will be good depth and a handy rookie pick.

Brooklyn gives: NAT Pick 15 +  Chris Yarran  + Shane Savage + Tom Hickey
Quito gives: Will Langford + Lewis Taylor + Sebastian Ross + Blake Acres

FS says: A big trade with Brooklyn getting four young superstars. We have to give up three players that were important to the team but we feel that the players we are getting will be better.

Brooklyn gives: David Mundy + Sam Frost + RD15
Colorado gives: Lachie Whitfield + Jack Grimes

FS says: Whitfield and Grimes are great young players that in the long run will help the team more than Mundy and Frost.

Brooklyn gives: Brent Stanton + Tom Lee + NAT Pick 12 + NAT Pick 35
San Fransisco gives: Jake Kolodjashnij + Patrick Cripps + NAT Pick 7 + NAT Pick 29

FS says: Stanton is getting old and doesn't fit my strategy. Lee has barely played any games. I think that Kolodjasnij and Cripps will be great players. The two pick upgrades even out the deal.

Brooklyn gives: Trent Cotchin
Boston gives: NAT Pick 10 + NAT Pick 11 + NAT Pick 24

FS says: It is tough to trade the captain but I feel that I will get better players with my picks.
