That Judd bloke reckons the Eagles will make a play for Tom Mitchell and they may even be the frontrunners.

Mitchell to play a game for every team in the first 18 weeks, then have a lottery for who gets him each of the last 9 weeks?

Ringo

Looks like every player is going to Collingwood - Do they have the space in their Salary Cap?.

Mat0369

The thing is Judd also said Cloke to the dogs earlier in the year so he has a 100% strike rate so far. He basically said that Mitchell spent time growing up in Perth and played part of his junior footy at Claremont. He has mates out west still so they are also a draw.

Ok <Player>, you can sign a contract at 300k a year, or you can trade it in for whatever is inside this box

Or Adelaide or Essendon

1996: Essendon Bombers (AFL)

A league and ATO investigation uncovered that the Essendon Bombers had breached the salary cap between 1991-1996. They were fined a total of $638,250: $250,000 in back tax and penalties, $112,000 for draft tampering and $276,250 for breaching the salary cap. They were made to forfeit their first-third round picks in the National Draft and were excluded from the 1997 rookie and pre-season drafts. They are the only AFL team judged to have breached the salary cap in a premiership year (1993).

Crows didn't breach the salary cap, with the deal we had with Tippet we were still under the cap. :P
