Given how beastly Greenwood was, anything less than a top-15 pick is a massive steal for whoever gets him imo. The bloke is a goal-kicking midfielder that tackles and possesses an enormous tank!

Not sure why JOR would want to come to Norf and Pick 17 and Greenwood is way overs.

Collingwood wouldn't do that either, they wouldn't trade Beams for 4 + 24, so not sure why they'd give up 30, too  :P

We will keep greenwood, we are pushing for a premiership and he is a vital player. I doubt north are stupid enough to let him leave at all and im sure they planned the Higgins and Waite moves coordinating with greenwood. Getting Higgins and Waite was to push for a flag so to drop Greenwood for an unproven player goes completely against the plan, might as well just kept Greenwood and not sign higgins.

I hope we can keep him too, but the longer this drags on, the less likely we are to keep him.  :-\

If North are going to want a midfielder in return, this is where our trade will fail, as there a few available on the table. O'Rourke would be our best bet, as I doubt we could pry Howlett from Essendon (if that rumor is true...)
