There have been a few rumblings in recent days that Carlton ruckman Matthew Kreuzer could be on his way to Collingwood.

That was squashed by a few people man and even the herald sun today said it's not true

How much would the blues give up for Mitchell??

Sounds like an improvement to me ;)
Sydney should get promoted to the EPL where they can use their billions to buy Messi and Ronaldo and park them up forward with Buddy, Tippett and friends.
Dont forget Suarez as he is good with his hands

Would we take Kreuz and a 1st/2nd round draft pick?

I hope he stays, but you could really push for a good deal the way the Blues keep salivating.

How about.

Kruezer + 1st Round

Mitch + 2nd round

Only real issue I would think is we would have to use the higher pick on Heeney rather than use 16 on Heeney and 6 on someone else good!

kilbluff1985

why would you even want Kruezer

Mailman the 2nd

Because we only have 1 decent ruckman, same reason we'd be interested in Giles and Ryder?

Jroo

No chance Kreuzer will leave/Blues will trade him.
Swans definitely a chance for Paddy though.

Kruezer is way to injury pron though, Ryder i can understand

Umm if Sydney wanted Kreuz they would have to be sending a 1st not Carlton

Yeah agree, Swans would be sending the first round pick and Carlton the second, think you're all over estimating Mitchell's current value against Kreuzers

Would Carlton be happy with Krezuer traded for Mitchell and say pick 30-40?

Mat0369

Let's put it this way, if we could get a 2nd round pick for Hampson, Kreuzer is worth a hell of a lot more, regardless of injuries. Also slow mids are a dime a dozen, Sydney are not going to get as much as they think they can for him if he does want to leave considering how much money is on that contract. While he is contracted and will stay if a trade is not met, a 2nd round pick and a solid player seems about right. That is probably why Robbos name was mentioned.

Mailman the 2nd

Yeah personally I wouldn't want Kreuzer over Ryder either. Giles comes pretty cheap too.

This isn't Richmond offering for Hampson, the ball is completely in Sydney's court, Carlton doesn't have much room to dictate how they can get him.

Mitchell isn't just a dime a dozen "slow mid" anyway. He's a ready made 21 year old inside midfielder. He was worth a early first round pick when he got drafted and if anything he's done more than justify that

Sydney's Tim Membrey has been targeted by multiple Victorian clubs according to SEN, Membrey is currently out of contract at the end of the season.

Anyone who wants him would probably need to trade Sydney a first round pick for him  ;D

No, they'd have to trade their best 3 players.  ::)
