Nick Suban and his suspension.

Is Nick Suban able to play with Peel this weekend?He was under a weeks suspension from last year.If he is forced to sit out this week, surely that then becomes a two week suspension. Fremantle have finished their commitment for round one.  Surely he can play for Peel.

As far as I know he is playing for Peel this weekend.

I have not heard whether he has been cleared to play by the AFL.

So he either hasn't been cleared to play the Dockers have decided to give him the weekend off.

Yes this is the first year of our AFL teams having a WAFL affiliate

yeah, WAFL/ SANFL people are pretty filthy with the introduction of AFL affiliate teams into their league... I can see why as well, you create the opportunity for those clubs to just dominate the competition and smash the historical clubs on a consistent basis.

That being said, it's definitely the best thing for the actual AFL league itself, and for AFL listed players as well.
