Nottingham Hoods trading period so far

Trade 1
Nottingham Hoods Give: Seb Ross
Wrexham Knights Give: Josh Green

Welcome Josh Green who adds to our forward line giving us some more depth there.
Ross we could afford to trade due to some of our other young mids stepping up this season like Ah Chee and Sheed.

Trade 2
Nottingham Hoods Give: Robbie Gray + Nat 60
Winchester Werewolves Give: Tom T Lynch + Adam Saad

Welcome Tom Lynch and Adam Saad
With Gray looking at losing DPP,we needed to find another forward to replace him,Lynch has a decent avg and scores quite well and we have the added bonus of picking a young defender in Saad who hopefully makes a good replacement for our older defenders

Trade 3
Nottingham Hoods Give: Nat 28
Birmingham Dragons Give: Jonathan Giles + Nat 54

Trade 4
Nottingham Hoods Give: Dawson Simpson
Hastings Hurricanes Give: Nat 32

These 2 trades go together welcome Jonathan Giles, just decided since we have Lycett that with Giles moving to Eagles we'd grab him as ruck depth.
And in turn we traded Simpson to Hurricanes because they basically wanted all GWS ruckline

Trade 5
Nottingham Hoods Give: Scott Pendlebury + Harry Taylor + N10
Wrexham Knights Give: Devon Smith + Stephen Coniglio + N45

Welcome Stephen Coniglio and Devon Smith
We still needed to get ourselves in a decent forward and figured the only way to do this was by letting go a big gun like Pendlebury and in turn trying to gain another mid in his place that could score well and that has some upside, while also gaining a good scoring forward to offset losing Pendlebury. Was a tough decision and one that was thought about for awhile.

Farewell to Scott Pendlebury, back to back Best and Fairest for the Hoods and to Harry Taylor we hope that coach Pk treats you both well.

LF

Nottingham Hoods National Draft Picks

Pick 32: Josuha Schoenfeld

Pick 44: Kurt Mutimer

Schoenfeld and Mutimer add some more depth to our midfield and keep the youth coming through for us.

Pick 45: Shane Yarran

Hoping Yarran plays straight up next season,he gives us added insurance in the forward line.
