I reckon if they have to make a decision quickly it would need to go to America or Britain/Germany.

Or follow the FIFA tradition and give it to whoever has the most cash.

I can understand the Brazilians being very unhappy with it all, massive poverty, little health care etc, people being removed from areas they've lived in all their lives just to hide them from the tourist/media and millions upon millions being spent on the world cup.

FIFA's nationality rules are pretty flexible, just kidnap them put them in a warehouse in Dandenong for 6 months and realease them on the teamsheet a few days before the cup  ;)

We all know the Seeds for this years draft are Brazil,Spain,Switzerland,Belgium,Uruguay,Germany,Colombia,Argentina
They will be in POT 1
Pot 2  Japan,Iran, South Korea,Australia, USA,Mexico,Costa Rica,Honduras
POT 3 Ivory Coast, Ghana,Algeria,Nigeria,Cameroon,Chile,Ecuador,France
POT 4, Netherlands,Italy,England,Portugal,Greece, Bosnia-Herzegovina,Croatia & Russia

There have been few Mock drafts to determined which countries will play each other
