lol @ you.

After the City game, they have 3/4 games at home. They played a reserve Chelsea and couldn't score. Conceded 2 vs a relegated  (pretty much) Norwich and have Palace, who have scored what, 25/30 goals and have conceded 50 or so. They were absolutely clueless vs Chelsea.

The run like god is over for Suarez and so is Liverpool. Having the most Pens given, most own goals, most deflected goals and most unforced errors against and still lose the title. Lol @ them. The last time United have 3 out of the 4 of those, they won the title by 11 points. Jon Obi Mikel has more goals and assists that are from open play than Steven Gerrard in the last 2 seasons. lol @ him.

facts.

Wow. I know you're tryna be a troll and get a rise outta me but c'mon at least try and make it plausible.
Mikel is a bench replacement and you compare him to one of the most complete midfielders to ever play the game?
Captain fantastic himself,  who's won nearly everything a captain can win (except the league).

13 goals, 10 from penalties, 10 assists.
He's a beast.

Deserves a league title. But to achieve what we have with a limited budget compared to United,  City, Chelsea,  Spurs, Arsenal I think we've done well.

Even Rodgers himself thought we are overachieving,  we only expected to break top 4 not fight for the title.

Come next year with a few more smart buys and an even more hungry team we'll kill it again.

I hope we get some of the names thats been mentioned in rumors.
Tello, Shaw, llalana, papadoupolos, maybe even kroos  ;D

Playing 42 games this season compared to City 52 and Chelsea 57 makes a huge difference.

Not even mad though

Just had to lol. Carroll 35m, Downing 20m, Henderson 15/20m (depending on what source), Suarez 25m, Sturridge 15m ( again pending on what you look at), Mignolet 8m, Aspas 7m etc etc. This is not a limited budget. You broke the British record for god sake. You have spent more than United, Spurs and Arsenal in recent seasons. Yet your depth is the worst in league. The run good of injuries and everything else has made the boom for liverpool so huge.

Carroll was a rushed buy from Dalglish, Rodgers has gotten rid of all the players that Dalglish brought in that he doesnt want in the squad.

Under Rodgers he doesnt really have much to play with.

since Rodgers took over he's had to clean up the sh!t mess that Dalglish left behind.
Excluding arsenal (known tight arses) he's spent the least out of the "BIG" clubs. Thats what i meant by limited.

Chelsea 13/14 -

Andrew3747

Oh so now it only counts if it under Rodgers.

He doesn't have that much to play with... lol.

100m in 2 seasons. "He doesnt have that much to play with"

Hey look, another deflected goal.

Keeper27

dunno what happened to me post, didnt show all the transfers.

City 13/14 - 102.080 M, 12/13 - 54.516 M
United 13/14 - 69.414 M, 12/13 - 67.276 M
Arsenal 13/14 - 45.540 M, 12/13 - 46.640 M
Chelsea - 13/14 - 112.772 M, 12/13 - 101.376 M
Tottenham 13/14 - 107.250 M, 12/13 - 64.460 M
Liverpool 13/14 - 48.268 M, 12/13 - 55.088 M

its ok mate, we'll see you in Europe next year, oh wait LOL you wont be there.
Rebuild time mate, United are gonna struggle next year and so on...

paying 300K/Week for an under performing Rooney.
since august he's only scored 7 times against "big" matches and internationals.

went missing against Arsenal, Sociadad, Leverkuesen, Liverpool, Chelsea, Bayern..

you'd expect more from a bloke thats getting paid as much as Messi/CR7

and you wanna laugh at Carroll/Downing mate LOL, what about spending 28.5M on Fellaini?? or 40M on an under performing Mata??

Quote from: Andrew3747 on May 06, 2014, 06:29:02 AMHey look, another deflected goal.

its ok mate, always gonna be hard to get points @ Palace.
it aint over yet, title can be won on the last day.
but you already know all about that...

just a small reminder mate.

Andrew3747

at least I know what it feels like to have a title ripped from under us...

13>0

what a comeback from Palace! But Liverpool's defence has been their achilles heel all season and it really came back to bite them today. Gotta feel for them though, but full credit to Palace my oh my they've turned things around; the title is City's unless they have a catastrophe now!
