Round 13 (18)
Serbian Eagles (Holzman) v Swedish Metal (Nails)
Vatican Valkyries (Ziplock) v Belgian Bashers (elephants)
Russian Roulettes (nostradamus) v Greek Titans (Spinking)
Norwegian Trolls (Adamant) v Macedonian Wolves (Scrads)
English Lions (JB Hawks) v Scotland Savage Sons (Whatlez)
Dutch Dinos (Hawka) v Iceland Polar Bears (Hellopplz)
Spanish Stallions (Torpedo10) v Belarus Bison (Lahug)

Serbian Eagles (Holzman) v Swedish Metal (Nails):

Big match here in Belgrade, coach Nails has been talking up how his side is the best to stop the Eagles run but its finally time to see if thats a reality. Serbia would come in strong favourites in this matchup with stay Mathew Boyd potentially coming into the side this week. A win for the Metal is the only thing that can stop Serbia from taking out the minor premiership.

Vatican Valkyries (Ziplock) v Belgian Bashers (elephants)

Bashers are on a run showing the form most predicted before a run of inuries put them out of the 8. They are sitting in the 8 now and look to extend their winning streak and stamp a postion in the finals to become one of the danger teams. This is a must win game for the Valkyries a loss here and their season is over. Bashers should continue their winning ways.

Russian Roulettes (nostradamus) v Greek Titans (Spinking)

The Roulettes have a top 4 spot locked in but a win here could put them in a postion of taking the minor premiership in the unlikely circumstance that Serbia lose their last 2 games. Still there is plenty to play for as they attempt to keep their number 2 spot intact to gain home advantage against the metal in the qualifiying final. The titans are a game clear of 9th spot but given thier poor percentage you would think they need 1 more win to hold of the sons, it probably wont come this week though.

Norwegian Trolls (Adamant) v Macedonian Wolves (Scrads)

The wolves are sitting in the 4th spot, but only by a game against 3 squads (2 of which have a better percentage) This is a must win game if they hope to have the double chance in the finals. A win here for the trolls will almost garuntee the Dinos the wodden spoon. Wolves should win this and put them in prime postion for qualilfication for the champions league.

English Lions (JB Hawks) v Scotland Savage Sons (Whatlez)

Not much to gain here for the lions with a win , however they can essentially end the Sons season with a win. The Sons sit outsdie the 8 on percentage but with the bashers likely to win this week they need to win this game to snatch the 8th spot. I expect the Sons to win and to keep their slim finals chance alive.

Dutch Dinos (Hawka) v Iceland Polar Bears (Hellopplz)

A game and percentage behind 13th spot the Dinos need to win this or they get the spoon. The bears are only a game outsdie the top 4 and with a health percentage a win here gives them a decent chance of quilifiying for the champions league. The bears are the 4th highest scoring team all year and should get another percentage boost here.

Spanish Stallions (Torpedo10) v Belarus Bison (LaHug)

the Bison are in a similar postion to the bears and will need to win this one if they want to get out of the log jam in the middle of the table. Stallions are just going for pride here with their season over and safely away from the spoon. Bison should win this, but its unlikely going to be enough to get top 4 but should make sure they have home ground advantage for the elimination final.

Scotty is welcomed back into the side, a big boost just before finals! Bennell in solid form so also gets a call up. Ray and Wells have been coasting along, so need to pick up their game if they want to re-enter the side. Watts comes in after a few up and down weeks as the expense of Carlisle. Despite Rance's big game, he is unable to break into the side.

You'd hope so with the horror run of injuries you've guys have had! Great write up once again Holz, should hopefully get a little percentage booster against Dinos with a few big ins :D.
