Hi, I would like to apply for the postion.
The team looks weak at the moment, but there are a lot of young guns, that I reckon I could build the team around (Wines, Grundy, Kenendy, Mayes, Thurlow, Clurey and also the likes of Caddy and Kreuzer).
My best XV would look like:
D: Taylor (VC), R.Shaw, Guerra, Tapscott
M: Caddy, Kerr (DVC), Rosa, Shiels
R: Kreuzer (C)
F: Varcoe, Betts, Tarrant, Cornelious
UTI: Wines, Mitchell
EMG: Neale, Spangher, Glass
If I was in charge of this team I would be looking to do a full clean out and trade put ALL the older players and just go for youth as I think that's the only option. It's a pretty weak team but as I said, I think there are a few younger guys that will be stars in the future. They also lack a decent captain option.

I'm usually on for a few hours everyday and respond to PM's straight away so I'm easy to contact. I also love trading (just ask some of the boys in the AXVs, where I easily completed the most trades). I was able to transform a okay team in the AXVs to a top four contender through trading:

Also my main focus is on SC and came in the top 500 overall last year and would love to be apart of the Worlds XVs.
I'm a head coach in the Asians XVs and assistants in the other three:

EXV -  Spanish Stallions - Torpedo10
WXV - The New York Revolution - Sid

I already am a head coach of an XV team and fully understand if the postion is given to someone ahead of me if they don't have a XV team. Thanks!  :)
