Dawes is a waste of space.  I know they want him to do the pinch hitting in the ruck to rest Jolly but the guy is a lemon and shouldnt be in the team.  He should go back to the VFL and learn how to;   
1.  Mark (cant even take a simple uncontested chest mark).
2. Kick straight.
3. Run (sooooo sloooow).
4. Get some hunger for the contest.  He doesnt look interested in the contest and wont chase an opponent more than 2 metres....

Dawes isn't a ruckman I don't think he should be taking up ruck duties he is a key forward and he couldn't take a chest mark that is a basic skill but I agree send him to the VFL to find some form
