A month isn't soon ???

Indeed, it is not soon. However "Al Soon" is a term used in a contradictory manner. The missing l on "all" symbolises the extra time it would've taken him to type his message if he spelled all correctly. Therefore It's soon + a little time represented by the misspelling. It's a very common term in European countries and KK with a European background I assume is a regular user of the term.
