This is the league to give every one of those doubts a run, literally fill up your team with 'em.

All players in your team must be under $400,000 except one at the start of the season.

Once the season starts you may upgrade to any player you like.

I've already put this League up once but it's still a couple of spots off full and doesn't really work unless everyone follows the rules, so i'm putting it up again to try and fill up the last few spots.
