Currently I have
Ash Cole
Frank Lampard
Floret Malouda
In my team. Is this okay? I nice early run has me happy to play MY Chelsea men but is this too excessive?

I think that's fine.  The only thing you have to worry about is if Chelsea has a poor game you will have three players getting very little points.  I know you haven't done it, but it's never a good idea to double up on defenders from the same team for obvious reasons.

I have doubled up on a few players in my team (Hughes and Dempsey; Brunt and Odemwingie; Etherington and Begovic; Given and N'Zogbia; Kompany and Aguero).

I would get rid of Malouda.
Lampard will score better, and you have two of the same team in the same position. No No.

Yeah I've also tripled up on city players (silva, kompany and yaya toure)
Malouda practically plays forward for Chelsea anyway so I'm happy with them.

Malouda is always good for assists.  I'm not sure how consistent he will be though, that's why I stayed away from him.  Actually, the only Chelsea player I have is Ashley Cole as he's the safest option in the Chelsea line-up I feel.
