On the top 20k thing. I'm actually ranked 23k. Team below:

Gram, Hodge, Enright, Kelly, Malceski, Waters, Hargrave  (Davis, Strijk)
Ablett, Swan, Bartel, Stanton, Jelwood, Ball (Gysberts, Shuey)
Cox, Sandilands (Trengove)
Chappy, Pav, ROK, Higgins, Gia, Pods, Brown (Hitchcock, Griffiths)

Not a mind blowing team but surely decent enough to make top 10k you would think. I've kept guys like Brennan, Brown, Higgins, Hargrave, Hille etc while injured which has obviously cost me my ranking. You can't always judge a team on it's ranking.

I think if you get lucky with injuries and guys like Higgins/Shaw/Broughton find form 5k is definitely possible.

you will need to punch out some good scores - around 2200 +
to get up in the rankings

i'm around the 5000+ mark averaging 2100 or so

I'm ranked in the top 2500 and i'd say my team is only slightly better. it's just a matter of making ground but you wouldn't want too many scores below 2150 to make up that ground. my ave is just over 2100. not sure what 5000th ave is but a few 2200's in a row should get you close

Seems to be the case with most teams looking pretty similar atm due to injuries to some superstars like reiwoldt, brown etc
