Grey MOTM JUST over Sheehan, out rated him by 6k glad I got up for the win 8)

CrowsFan

Won by 33 runs in the end, got them all out in the final over. My decision to play 2 spinners paid off as they picked up 6 wickets between them. Nilini picked up 4 of those and was named man of the match ahead of orange who got 1 for 14 and scored 46 not out

Nice win CF might be able to squeeze out of the relegation zone  8)

CrowsFan

Well relegation doesn't really matter since I'm moving to Scotland but it is nice to get a win now and again :)

Alex7089

Ah OK, still a good win to have :)

Justin Bieber

Nice you two 8). Always good to get wins on the board ;).

Batted first and put up a commendable 256 which included a Habib and McFarlane 43 and 68 respectively. But the MOTM has got to go to Mayne for his 128 from 62 runs. Considering he is more of a One Day batsman, very happy with his solid 50+ games 8).

This was the first 7 balls McFarlane faced:
7.2 4 Modi to McFarlane : [misfield] Square cut from McFarlane. A fantastic dive from Mukherjee, absolutely superb but just a shame he dived right over it.
7.3 4 Modi to McFarlane : Short and wide outside off, that ball sat up and said "Hit me". McFarlane replied "Alright then." Four runs.
7.4 4 Modi to McFarlane : As cool as the other side of the pillow, McFarlane strokes it through the covers for four.
7.5 4 Modi to McFarlane : That cover drive went like a bullet! McFarlane really middled that one.
7.6 1 Modi to McFarlane : Tossed up invitingly by Modi and McFarlane drives it to long off for a single.
  End of over 8 (18 runs) - Hello(106-1) RR 13.25
T. Mayne 44 (23b), B. McFarlane 17 (5b) , A. Modi 2-0-28-0
8.1 4 Niten to McFarlane : Superb reflexes from the umpire! That was a scorcher and he leaped out of the way like a frightened squirrel.
8.2 4 Niten to McFarlane : Flighted outside off stump, McFarlane sashays gracefully down the track and lofts effortlessly over mid on's head for four.

Quite an entrance don't you say :P.

Bowling again was Spot on. Flanagan led from the Front with 4 wickets Followed by Nawab's and De Smeth's 2 a piece.

Bowled them out for 78 in the 16th Over. Trupti took 4 catches, 2 of them off Moylan who ended up with 3 with Alleyne also picking up 3. Made their total in 6.3 Overs, didn't lose a wicket.

roo boys!

WTF did I do with my orders! With Siboto and Monteleone sold I forgot to edit my team, this is what it looked like:
1   John Worthington       3: Overs 5,7
2   Adam Hartigan       5: Overs 9,11
3   Mohammad Baloch
4   Phillip Dunn
5   Jeffrey Borgas       9: Overs 17,19
6   Fahad Hafeez
7   John Horrocks
8   Gaurava Kandathil       10: Overs 18,20
9   Jean-Philip van den Hof       4: Overs 6,8       7: Overs 13,15
10   Hubert Boyle       1: Overs 1,3       6: Overs 10,12
11   Callum Burke       2: Overs 2,4       8: Overs 14,16

OK, so I opened the batting with Worthington (dread batting) and then Baloch (atroc batting) at first drop ???

Burke my spinner opening the bowling, I was planning to rest Dunn, Borgas and Hartigan were allocated overs, (Hartigan got a wicket ;D) and Worthington with only 1 spell? WTF!

was 2 down early cos of Worthington and Baloch, but then Hartigan and Dunn put on a 212 run partnership off 101 balls, Hartigan with 127* from 62 all up and Dunn with 89* off 43.

Even with my batsmen bowling and Burke opening, I still bowled them out for 61, won by 172 runs. Could have had a 200 run victory if I checked my team ::) ah well, that shows me for not focusing on t20 anymore because that's when I rest guys ::)

Still undefeated on top of T20.
