Form is just done randomly Alex, I don't think results affect it.

Form   A player's form affects his performances on the field. The form of each player will fluctuate during the course of a season.
As a manager, you have no direct control over form, as form fluctuations occur randomly each week within your squad.
Each week, the form of each player will gravitate towards reasonable. Players that play in one or more matches during a week have a slightly higher chance of increasing in form. The form of all players is reset to reasonable at the end of each season (specifically, it is reset after the World Cup final is played).

Doesn't seem to worry him though he made an unbeaten 80 odd on Friday.

I'm not the best judge fletch, but i'd be surprised if he didn't get at least 50k. Being a prodigy, a lot of guys with strong youth academies will be looking for those types of players.

Lol - I should have done a lot of things different when I first started  ::) Like investing in my seniors and not my youths, and not buying guys purely based on their rating without looking at their attributes and skills  :-[
