Houston Bombers 18.7.115 lost to Quito Quetzals 20.14.134
(Real: 1725 vs 2009)
Houston, again, not playing like a team who sit 1-7, but they take another loss to the inconsistently-spectacular Quetzals. The Bombers will be rewarded for effort soon enough...like when they smoke Anaheim by 25 points next week.

Carolina Panthers 20.12.132 lost to Las Vegas Sinners 20.13.133
(Real: 1981 vs 2001)
The type of game you'd expect from the top two teams on the ladder, and what could be a Grand Final preview. The Panthers were lead by Bont in a big way, but the Sinners were better around the ground. Always unlucky to lose with a 120+ score, let alone 130+ - possibly a record score in a loss, but idk. The Sinners will jump Carolina into top spot on %, with the Minor Premiership very much up for grabs between the two of them - and the four teams a win below (and I guess the three teams another win below that).

Chicago Sharks 15.13.103 lost to New Brooklyn Hawks 15.15.105
(Real: 1547 vs 1579)
So we go from 132-133 between two flag contenders to...103-105 between two finals contenders. Thanks to this win, NBH jump to...third! But they're a win and % above 9th so they'll need to get back to scoring better (having more than like 15 players between the XVIII and EMG playing would help, I think their coach is missing a few chromosomes) - they really were hard hard carried by Anderson. Chicago are always prone to a dud performance every now and then - they lost to SF after all - but losing a contest like this against a team they'll be wanting to keep out of finals will hurt. Wisconsin awaits them...

Anaheim Mighty Ducks 13.13.91 lost to San Francisco Grizzlies 16.13.109
(Real: 1364 vs 1638)
An expected result, the team who isn't tanking easily accounts for the one who is. Tom Green, what a king consolation pick for not losing enough to get Rowell/Anderson. Somebody think up a way to strip Anaheim of NAT1/get SF a priority pick above them.

Ottawa Otters 17.11.113 defeated Boston Terriers 17.9.111
(Real: 1692 vs 1658)
Big win by the Otters, as they continue to impress and collect Ws to get back into the 8. Boston would've expected this win considering their recent performances, but they really struggled and get pipped by HGA. Otters for finals let's hope! Will keep Nige sane and healthy at the very least (along with getting Harley in worlds).

Colorado Avalanche 18.7.115 defeated Wisconsin Cockerels 17.11.113
(Real: 1730 vs 1694)
An even bigger 2-point upset! Colorado have been coasting along, but they get up to knock off a Wisconsin team spiralling out of control - all the way to 5-3! In spite of Ziegull dominating the game and dragging North to a 30-point loss with his defensive and offensive prowess, he couldn't junk the Cockerels up to a winning score - and you wouldn't see Wiscy scoring sub-115 much at all the last few years. Has Urbs RUINED what powersuperkents set up?
