We have preliminary finals this week to see who will clash in next weeks final

You all know the drill for team lodgements,

Nottingham Hoods v Staines Steins
Hoods will have the home ground advantage against the Steins who have come home quickly at the right end of the season. Is this a result of Max Gawn returning to fothe side and the Bont lifting. Hoods will have to contain these 2 if they are to advance to the final. Hoods have had injuries strike at the wrong end of the season but should regain Coniglio for this important clash. Steins have the stronger team on paper and should win but will Hoods lift in front of their home crowd.  Steins for me.

Hebden Bridge Hedgehogs v Hastings Hurricanes
Hedgehogs will have the home ground advantage,  Hurricanes should be favourites here after going through the season undefeated but faltered in the Qualifying final to the Hoods. Hedgehogs had a very narrow win against Lions to advance to this final but can they overcome the Hurricanes. Hedgies have had a few injuries and it will be interesting to see who comes back after the weeks break. Will Hewett line up.,a nd will be swearing on Young (H & S protocols) and Witherden to bolster defence.
Hedgies will need to curtail Hurricanes who is in a rich vein of form over the last month, Can lachie Neale match him. Hard to see Hurricanes losing this especially after dropping the qualifying final.
