Colorado Avalanche 18.9.117 lost to Chicago Sharks 18.10.118
(Real: 1752 vs 1773)

A very close game, with Parker's huge 150 - and help from Harris Andrews - hauling down the deficit to secure a much needed win for the Sharks as they keep on fighting for their spot near the top.

Boston Terriers 20.7.127 defeated New Brooklyn Hawks 19.9.123
(Real: 1905 vs 1850)

If Parker was huge in chasing down the win for the Sharks, Neale was a goliath, his 187 as captain getting them home with room to wriggle over a gallant Hawks outfit, whose CCs were no slouches either in Cripps (138) and Steele (122), while Duggan (and Acres too) actually showed existing football ability with a 125.

Anaheim Mighty Ducks 15.8.98 lost to San Francisco Grizzlies 17.12.114
(Real: 1471 vs 1704)

Far out, can't even tank properly smh. San Francisco had a ONE POINT FIVE in the midfield (OOP Rankine), and an OOP Laverde, and Liam Ryan doing nothing, and a few more 50s too, but still proved way too much for Anaheim to handle on the back of Tom Stewart's huge outing, with Saad and Heppell worthy backline buddies. Let the record show that Anaheim had many chances to take Tom Stewart, but with their three picks before Stewart took Callum Brown, Jacob Allison, and Willie Rioli. Anaheim weren't totally disgraced of course, with a few nice scorers such as Tom "Toronto wishes they had me" Campbell, but it wasn't enough as they most likely secure the #1 MSD pick.

Ottawa Otters 16.13.109 lost to Carolina Panthers 18.13.121
(Real: 1638 vs 1819)

Carolina had their teeth sunk into Ottawa all weekend, but threw away the chance for a big % booster late with Daniher, Shiel, and Smiths various struggles (injury, sub, and spud). Luckily they had plenty of room to wriggle, on the back of Kelly's huge 153 as captain.

Houston Bombers 16.11.107 lost to Wisconsin Cockerels 21.12.138
(Real: 1608 vs 2076)

Another team that would've gotten clobbered by San Francisco this week! Unfortunately they got clobbered by a Dylan Moore-lead opposition (who would've seen that coming), and I guess Gawn lead pretty well too. Just imagine if Ziebell was actually allowed to get the footy by his showerhouse (AFL) coach?

Quito Quetzals 19.9.123 defeated Las Vegas Sinners 17.9.111
(Real: 1842 vs 1671)

I hate to make everything about myself (sike), but another team San Francisco would've beaten and beating the reigning premiers this week would be an upset to rival Colorado over Wisconsin from a few weeks ago. The Sinners were poor, far below their usual standards which would've made this a close contest worthy of two premiership contenders. Instead, the Quetzals ran away with yet another win on the trot to put the pressure on the very top spots on the ladder.
