This will be where you will submit your list lodgements.
You don't have to officially submit your list lodgement until the Final AFL List Lodgement, which is sometime during this Monday 29 November. After that date, your lodgements will be taken into account, and once all teams have lodged their lists, then the WXV International draft will begin.
Below is the template for your list lodgement. Note that you are only required to account for 44 spots, but it's possible you'll end up with more. Team salaries will dictate whether teams will be able to, and thus forced to take additional players.
You must be above the minimum salary cap assuming a list of 44 players, where each list gap is taken as worth 100k.
If a former player has found their way back onto an AFL list, and he was last on yours, you can simply name him back on your list.
If a former player is selected during the SSP after the WXV drafts, and he was last on your list, you can choose to select him provided you have available space in your salary cap.
If it appears that a former player or delisted player seems very likely to get picked up by a club, and you want to name him, I may allow it.

ExampleThe Wellington Weta have 36 senior players, 3 international draft picks (17, 25, 63), and 3 pre-season draft picks (11, 29, 47).
Coach pothead decides to delist 4 senior players, thus keeping 32 of them.
The coach needs 44 players on the list. He has 32 players + 3 international draft picks + 3 pre-season draft picks = 38. Meaning the coach will be given 6 extra picks starting from
Round 5 of the pre-season draft.
IF the coach had say 43 players + 2 international draft picks + 3 PSD picks = 48, they would lose their PSD picks, and also their last international draft pick. However, you can choose to PASS an international draft pick in in favour of another pre-season draft pick.
(I'll be trying my hardest to figure out if you'll need to take additional players as quickly as possible, this will enable you all to use your next available pick to fill these spots, rather than being allocated extra ones at the end of the PSD).

As with last year, anyone you don't list is counted as a delisting/retirement and provided they're still on an AFL list, will be available in both drafts.
If you plan to use a PSD Pick in place of an International draft pick, you must indicate your intention to do so by passing a pick in the International Draft thread. You can indicate it in your list lodgement if you like, but I won't be taking that as an official confirmation.
