Score Updates

Quito: 1641 add Yeo
Boston: 1525 add Salem, Langdon, and Sheed (assuming they score 30+)
As #lolquito as Quito have been, they're still in with a shot thanks to Boston not being much better so far. Quito will need some luck to get over the line, but it's far from impossible, especially with a Boston injury/potato and/or Yeo performing strongly.

Wisconsin: 1840 add May and Gawn
Las Vegas: 1428 add Harmes, Petracca (c), and Naitanui
Not Vegas' finest outing, but they're officially still in with a chance should Petracca go 200 and Naitanui gives Gawn a bath...Santiago should get this victory and enjoy the week off though.

#7
1st Semi Final (elimination)
Quito Quetzals 18.9.117 defeated Boston Terriers 17.14.116
(Real: 1758 vs 1735)

If you thought #lolquito was good, just wait until you see the comedic failure of #lolboston. This game was a real marathon, coming all the way down to late, late Monday night - and we all know how Boston goes with marathons - you could say they exploded tonight, and like a flash of lightning Quito stole the game, thanks in part to a strong late showing by Yeo, and a place in the final three for the third year on the trot. Cumming was a deserved best on ground, surely raging at being so far off the pace in the ROTY voting, but was let down to the guys next to him on the team sheet above all else, in Salem 77 and Smith 30. In other unlucky awards night results, Daniel Rich was big for Quito, lead only by late inclusion Vlastuin because Mills did something (idk I don't care about Sydney games).

Best
Quito: Vlastuin, Rich, Yeo, Serong, Burton, Greene
Boston: Cumming, Laird, McInerney, Hall, Goldstein

2nd Semi Final (non-elimination)
Wisconsin Cockerels 20.16.136 defeated Las Vegas Sinners 19.11.125
(Real: 2036 vs 1880)

Surely the Wisconsin Cheatockerels won't get 150s from their C and VC in the grand final against Las Vegas (should we even bother playing next week?), right? Right? Vegas did pretty well to get within striking distance given their six forwards combined for 359 points. And just a quick check...Wiscy gained 267 points from that trade this week, while NBH would've gained...nothing. Nice. Moore was great and a deserved OPOY candidate (that trade sure was offensive), but a few 50s leaves room for improvement for the Cockerels. Titch lead the way (as VC) for the Sinners with his own 150+ score, but it wasn't enough and leaves them with a prelim date with the team formerly known as #lolquito.

Best
Wisconsin: Miller, Macrae, Zorko, Darcy, Moore, Whitfield, May
Las Vegas: Mitchell, Scrimshaw, Newman, English, Harmes, Lloyd, Petracca
