Process for lodgement of teams this year with teams again only being announced 24hours in advance. To allow for this you can name up to 6 emergencies.

Teams are to be lodged in this format:

Def: xxxx  xxxx  xxxx xxxx
Mid: xxxx  xxxx  xxxx xxxx
Ruck: xxxx
Fwds: xxxx  xxxx  xxxx xxxx
Util: xxxx xxxx (can be in any position)
Emergencies: xxxx  xxxx  xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx (name in priority order in this thread and post in UF)

With no Thursday night game we will have partial lockout at bounce of Tigers/Dogs game Friday night. Tigers and  Dogs players will be locked at that time as will Captain, Vice Captain and emergency Vice Captain.
All players will then be locked at bounce of Pies Suns game on Saturday.

Teams to be lodged in UF and this thread with Emergencies in order so Admin can make the required adjustments if necessary as per emergence rule that applies in BXVs so you can see the importance of order. Note if Teams are lodged as per UF and emergency order not listed in this thread then UF order used which means first emergency is your defender. A number of teams last week that said as per UF had their defender come in with utilities replacing players not named.

With  lockout in UF at bounce of First Saturday game please ensure teams are also updated in UF.

When lodging teams please do not edit teams post in a new or quoted post.

Draw for Rd 7 (First named team will have the home ground advantage)
Oxford Lions v Blackpool Bunnies
1st v 8th - Lions have been scoring heavily over the last 2 weeks and sit on top of the ladder on %. Will they keep it up. Think they will as can not see the Bunnies containing them.  Bunnies however will be up for this game as a loss will see them drop out of the 8.  Lions to have comfortable win with HGA.
Hebden Bridge Hedgehogs v Leeds Leeches
16th v 4th.  Leeches are another team scoring heavily and should have little trouble accounting for the Hedgies.
Nottingham Hoods v Swansea Breakers
3rd v 14th - Hoods tasted defeat for the first time this year last week whereas Breakers recorded first win of the year,  Hoods will want to re-establish themselves in the Top 4 and they should account for the Breakers despite their improved form.
Huddersfield Hawks v Manchester Magic
12th v 15th - Hawks will be hit hard by injury to their Captain Dunkley and how they cover his loss will no doubt decide the game. Little separates both teams and Hawks with the HGA may just get the job done and stay in touch with the top 8.
Bradford Badgers v Birmingham Dragons
13th v 7th Badgers have been hard hit with injuries and will be hoping Zac Snith gets up this week to avoid again playing OOP Ruck. Dragons have found some form in the last couple of weeks and sit inside the 8 on %.  Dragons will want to continue on their winning way to stay in the 8 as a loss will see them possibly drop out.  Will be a close game and if Zac Smith gets up and with HGA slightly favour Badgers,
Grope Lane Giants v Staines Steins
6th v 2nd Steins have won 5 straight since their disappointing first round effort and are now playing the brand of football we expect.  After a promising start under new coach Giants have been hard hit with injuries and depth is really being tested and further injuries to English and Haynes adds to their concerns.  As a result of these injuries decimating the Giants expect Steins to comfortably account for them and move into top position.
Hastings Hurricanes v Liverpool Rams
5th v 10th - Hurricanes fresh from their record breaking win last week will want to reinforce no fluke against the struggling Rams.  Hard to see the Rams contain the Hurricanes in this mood so should be an easy win and another % boost for the Hurricanes.
Winchester Werewolves v Wrexham Knights
11th v 9th Probably the contender for match of the round with very little separating both teams although Knights have one more win. Knights were the luckless team from the Hurricanes onslaught last week and whether they can recover mentally from that defeat will be a big question. Werewolves will be there to take any advantage mentally.  Will be a close game but with HGA favour Wolves slightly.
