Dunstan emerges from the wilderness to grace us with his presence! Also taking the punt on Long since I don't really lose much if it goes wrong heh. Moore back to sub for when Long inevitably misses or puts up 20

#22
Colorado Avalanche 14.10.96 lost to Quito Quetzals 18.12.120
(Real: 1437 vs 1802)
The Avalanche were buoyed by a huge 144x1.75 at M1 by Sam Walsh - too bad the rest of their midfield could only muster 200 combined. Dunkley was the standout as Quito Qaptain, although obviously they would've won without him on the back of Sholl and friends - although a few 40s may be a cause for concern.

Las Vegas Sinners 20.9.129 defeated Houston Bombers 16.12.108
(Real: 1942 vs 1622)
Got a little nervous that Vegas were going to get jipped again as 7 of Houston's first 9 named players scored 90+, but the next 9 named players were putrid enough to make this not even a close encounter - not to take anything away from "my" Sinners, as they managed to smash out a 129 despite not having any outlier 130+ scorers, and none of their very young superstar trio of Warner, Gulden and Cox troubling the scorers too much (wish I had them when "I" was "coaching" them).

Wisconsin Cockerels 20.9.129 defeated Ottawa Otters 17.12.114
(Real: 1933 vs 1703)
The team Nige built vs the team Nige runs, with Nige coming out the real winner imho - although Toga originally drafted man of the hour Max Gawn, Nige drafted the next best thing in Jack Macrae (the three picks ahead of Macrae included Hall of Fame locks Dean Terlich and Jimmy Toumpas, and even worse our very own KB took Brett Goodes ahead of him!) - still can't believe he took Macrae over the super stud I took 11 picks later though, Jed Anderson. Although I will be fining Urbs $20k for De Goey's phone breach, which I'll take in Dollars or Jukercoin.

Carolina Panthers 19.12.126 defeated Anaheim Mighty Ducks 15.9.99
(Real: 1893 vs 1485)
When one team's captain scores over 100 more than their opposing number, it's never going to be pretty. The Milo Express storms ahead to a valuable victory as they look to hopefully win a second flag, and are surely one of the teams to root for up the top of the ladder along with Vegas. Anaheim did what they could to salvage a score, lead by Merrett's 130 as VC and Mundy's even better 145, but were let down big time by guys like 178cm Callum Brown in the ruck, and Nathan Jones having to come on because SOMEBODY named a player they delisted 18 months ago in Colyer.

San Francisco Grizzlies 17.8.110 defeated New Brooklyn Hawks 16.12.108
(Real: 1649 vs 1626)
A real close game, not sure how the lads managed to pull it off in spite of an OOP ruckman, not naming a captain or vice-captain and Brad Hill being Brad Hill (6 year contract worth $900k pre year btw, rampaging), but stars like Tom Stewart and the Great McCarthy (I knew he was due) stood strong to snatch the victory and damage my drafting position. Duggan and Nankervis were stars for NBH, but they were also let down by passengers (Anderson and Membrey 50s after their strong starts to 2021, for example).

Boston Terriers 19.9.123 defeated Chicago Sharks 17.12.114
(Real: 1842 vs 1711)
Boring game tbh. Oliver good, Neale better, Plugger best?
