High scoring round, which I think will be a theme for this year

CROATIAN CRUSHERS   1278   (20.   8.   128   ) def RUSSIAN ROULETTES   1228   (19.   9.   123   )

Good overall performances from the Crushers with the help of the home crowd got the win here. The Bont and Ridley did their best but it was the injured Draper who hurt Russia.

BELARUS BISON   1325   (21.   7.   133   ) lost to ICELAND POLAR BEARS   1359   (21.   10.   136   )

High scoring game, the coach of the Bison signalled his team was alot worse this year but they still did pretty well. When you have Grundy and he is bothered then your a chance. Sadly for them they had some passengers with Lever, Long and Blakety dragging them down. The bears only had rookie Rowe putting up a bad peformance with Howard putting up a great score.

SWISS STORM   1408   (22.   9.   141   ) def SPANISH STALLIONS   1329   (21.   7.   133   )

Spain put up a match winning score but they still lost pretty comfortably. Bray, Clarry, Wines had a blinder and that will be a dangerous trio all year. Spain also had the firepower with Touk, Butters and Macrae but they need Neale back to his best and the likes of Whitfield to be that dominant team they were last year.

ENGLISH LIONS   1343.5   (21.   8.   134   ) lost to GREEK TITANS   1377   (22.   6.   138   )

Similar to Spain, England put up a good score and still lost. Im calling it Titch is back, but it was 2nd year Anderson who was best on field. Crisp Steele Guthrie Gawn was just too powerful though.

BELGIUM BASHERS   1416   (22.   10.   142   ) def MACEDONIAN WOLVES   1188   (18.   11.   119   )

New recruit Petracca led the way for Belgium but had plenty of help from Pendles, Jelly, Dusty and Jordan who they picked up late in the rookie after a silly coach delisted him (Me). Macedonia needed some luck to make this respectable with a Scrim injury putting the red hot Hardwick on field to be the best on field.

HUNGARIAN HULKS   1424   (22.   10.   142   ) def SVALBARD VALKYRIES   1082   (17.   6.   108   )

Hungary top scored this week but it was wasted again a woefull Svalbard. The hungarian defenced has vastly improved with Salem leading the way, Billings was best on fielld and Smith Durrs playued their part. A few tweaks here and there and this could have been a 150. Svalbard on the other hand had no 100s with the best being Laird who surely will be looking for a way out if coach Zip ever lets him.
