#25
San Francisco Grizzlies 16.13.109 defeated Colorado Avalanche 16.9.105
(Real: 1630 vs 1573)

Reasonably close game, as both sides had a fair few highlights and lowlights. It didn't matter that Colorado had only the 18 players, as late in Duman scored a good ton and San Francisco's sub couldn't even replace McKernan's 22. But captains Simpkin and Lambert were strong, as were the beefy inside midfielders Isaac Smith and Lachie Hunter.

Best
San Francisco: Viney, Soldo, Lambert, Hunter, Adams
Colorado: Simpkin, Smith, Duman

Carolina Panthers 18.12.120 lost to Boston Terriers 19.12.126
(Real: 1802 vs 1889)

McDonald tagging Shiel out of it, both Panthers, was a large part of the difference here as Boston snatch a strong win away from home, with a fast finish thanks to Gibbons and Martin (the best Martin), while Carolina faltered at the same time at the hands of Docherty - Gibbons doubled Doch! Boston were lucky they got Carolina on a week that Grundy didn't go big, but they were also unlucky that Grundy still managed to score way more than he deserved for reasons unknown. Carolina really let Milo down!

Best
Carolina: Menegola, Kelly, Short, Bontempelli, Mihocek, Grundy, Ryan
Boston: Selwood, Neale, Goldstein, Smith, Wilkie, Martin, Sheed, Gibbons, Salem

Wisconsin Cockerels 19.10.124 defeated Chicago Sharks 16.13.109
(Real: 1858 vs 1633)

The moral of the story - it doesn't matter if you have an injured VC, as long as your C makes up for it with a big score. That evens out with a good Wisconsin score, as Chicago were pretty disappointing compared to the standards they have set so far this season.

Best
Wisconsin: Gawn, Miller, Macrae, Zorko, Whitfield, Tuohy, Battle
Chicago: Sicily, Brayshaw, Lobb, Guthrie, Oliver, Yeo

Las Vegas Sinners 18.8.116 defeated New Brooklyn Hawks 15.12.102
(Real: 1733 vs 1530)

Makes it two for two for the Jukercoach in Las Vegas, do they even need a real coach? Not many passengers at all (helps not naming spuds like Fox, Cunningham, Hayward, Blakey, etc) as both their experience and youth shined. Not much went right for Brooklyn - but they still topped the century - with Cripps ailing to a 56 and Steele failing to replicate his recent form, although still serviceable.

Best
Las Vegas: Mitchell, McGrath, Allen, English, Petracca, Lloyd, Moore
Brooklyn: Crouch, Doedee

Quito Quetzals 20.10.130 defeated Anaheim Mighty Ducks 15.14.104
(Real: 1955 vs 1558)

Back on the winners list for Quito in a very convincing fashion, polishing up their percentage as Anaheim fail to fire, although JPK's injury definitely didn't help that while, simultaneously, Callum Mills put up his best game ever by a long way, a clear BOG (sorry Danger).

Best
Quito: Mills, Greenwood, Cameron, Curnow, Haynes, Houston, Lycett, O'Brien
Anaheim: Dangerfield, Hawkins, Hurley, Ridley

Houston Bombers 15.15.105 lost to Ottawa Otters 16.12.108
(Real: 1570 vs 1617)

Back to back pitiful showings by Houston gives Ottawa a chance, and they took it with both hands to grab that W, with CC Bailey Smith bringing it home strong. Where did it go wrong for Houston? DMac was bad as usual, and their midfield definitely failed to fire, going without a single 90+ score (I know that feel). Treloar was again strong for Ottawa, as they picked their CCs almost bang on.

Best
Houston: Walters, Powell-Pepper, Jones
Ottawa: Treloar, McGovern, McIntosh, Smith, Blicavs
