Aliir Aliir averaging 107 from two starts for Quito. I assume you will all be voting him MVP at the EOS awards?

New Brooklyn Hawks 18.8.116 lost to Wisconsin Cockerels 19.7.121
(Real: 1739 vs 1815)

NBH could've jumped to second or third with a big win, but alas not to be and they'll stay in fourth unless the Sinners lose a huge chunk of percentage (like by losing 130-70). Was a game dominated in defense (average between the two teams: 101.7 if you exclude Doedee's injured 24) as the forward lines (average: 63.75) just could not get the ball between the sticks (ignore the match scoreline as this is fantasy football obviously). They were the minor premiers before this round, but this'll just ice the H&A cake for the Cockerels - but their journey has only just begun as they look towards the flag.

Best
Brooklyn: Cripps, Johannisen, Crouch, Weller, Nankervis, Higgins
Wisconsin: Witherden, Ablett, Miller, Zorko, Saad, Whitfield, Duncan

Boston Terriers 17.10.112 lost to Las Vegas Sinners 18.11.119
(Real: 1685 vs 1792)

When you have the highest scorer of the competition for the round as captain (192 - only score over 150) you're not going to lose too many games - especially when you also have the second highest scorer in your forward line. These two scores made up for some deficiencies around the ground for the Sinners as they record a semi-comfortable win to jump into second spot on the ladder.

Best
Boston: Pendlebury, Neale, Gray, Laird, Sidebottom
Las Vegas: Mitchell, De Goey, Lloyd, Petracca

Houston Bombers 17.9.111 lost to Chicago Sharks 18.8.116
(Real: 1660 vs 1742)

Good win by the Sharks, as they draw level on points with Anaheim before the Ducks-Panthers clash - but will need a big Carolina win to make up the percentage they're behind Anaheim by. Orazio Fantasia was best on ground for a Sharks side lead well by Clayton Oliver (as they have been most of 2018), while Greenwood was the best for the Bombers as they rue having co-captain scores of 84 and 80.

Best
Houston: Greenwood, Simpson, Riewoldy, Lambert, Zaharakis, Tuohy
Chicago: Fantasia, Oliver, Parker, Kennedy, McDonald, Wallis

Carolina Panthers 19.8.122 defeated Anaheim Mighty Ducks 19.7.121
(Real: 1830 vs 1815)

Carolina couldn't make the finals and Anaheim won't be falling out so this doesn't have that much of an impact, but Anaheim missed the open opportunity to jump Houston into fifth. Both teams had their captain and vice-captain as the two highest scorers (in that order) - with Carolina having Martin 139x2 and Kelly 130x1.5 while Anaheim had Dangerfield 126x2 and Merrett 123x1.5 - the slight advantage to Carolina there being what won them the match.

Best
Carolina: Martin, Kelly, Short, Menegola, Grundy, Henderson, Kelly, Mihocek
Anaheim: Dangerfield, Merrett, Smith, Puopolo, Armitage, Heppell

Quito Quetzals 17.10.112 defeated Colorado Avalanche 14.9.93
(Real: 1681 vs 1399)

Big percentage-boosting win by Quito - they'll safely hold onto 10th spot regardless of how much Ottawa woop SF in the final match of the round. Colorado end a very poor season (they'll face the redraft and potential name/location change under new management) on a low note.

Best
Quito: Ross, Aliir, Breust, Dunkley, Houston
Colorado: Tarrant, Polec, Witts

Ottawa Otters 17.12.114 defeated San Francisco Grizzlies 17.11.113
(Real: 1706 vs 1691)

A disappointing end to a bad season - thanks to McKernan and Morgan both getting injured in the first half. Now y'all gotta admit that's pretty bad luck. Neither team moves on the ladder in a pretty nothing game really.

Best
Ottawa: Prestia, Cunnington, McGovern, Cutler, Taranto
San Francisco: Coniglio, Hawkins, Adams, Martin, Stewart
