I'm going to be allowing trading during the AFL multi-bye rounds/our split rounds, as we had last year. Trading can commence immediately, ending on Thursday the 28th of June so we have three weeks. I haven't put anything to a poll but I feel the below rules are fair (let me know if they're not):
1) all trades must be equal in amounts of players traded - 1 for 1, 2 for 2, 3 for 3, etc.
2) no pick trading, to avoid teams chucking it in early (and the other way around)
3) no players from the 2017 NAT Draft can be traded
4) teams are limited to two trades and four player movements each (i.e. two two-for-two trades, one one-for-one and a three-for-three, just the one four-for-four, etc).
5) as usual trades can be complained via pm to myself and then put to a vote.

List of confirmed trades:

1. Ottawa trades: Nic Naitanui
Las Vegas trades: Josh Caddy

2. Chicago trades: Mason Cox
Carolina trades: Matthew Flynn

3. San Francisco trades: Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti
Carolina trades: Shaun McKernan

If I trade a player from Port Adelaide/Gold Coast that is named in my Round 10 side, do I lose their score to be replaced by an emergency?

Nope they stay in your round 10 side as they're already locked in, but it does make a good tangent on trade timings - other trades timing will most likely be a case-by-case basis (so stick with me on that one) and probably won't be activated until the ASC round following when the trade was made (so no mid-round trades become official)

Ottawa trade: Nic Naitanui
Las Vegas trade: Josh Caddy

Wasn't an easy decision to trade out Nic Nat since he's an absolute gun (100 avg with no issue) when not injured but I do have Big Boy McEvoy and Cegs as his back up, plus Sammy Naismith out for the season with an ACL.

However, the need for a good F/M type meant something had to give. I need a reliable F4 or starting mid (especially with injuries ans kids still finding their feet) and Caddy can be both as he's consistent. Not to mention I'll lose McLean and Taranto to pure mid status next year so I need to start planning for that. Oh and I absolutely froth the lad.

SR to confirm.

Confirm, we have been chasing a decent ruck for a while and hopefully Nic nat can put the injuries behind him and play regular footy.

We have held Caddy for so long with his mixed results only to have him come good at Richmond, not happy to lose him, but the result is better for our team overall.

In case it wasn't obvious, this trade becomes active for this upcoming round (R12) so you can both play your respective new player

I meant ASC R12 (should've made it clear), so don't worry you still get him aha (assuming he plays AFL R13)

Carolina Panthers Trade: Matthew Flynn.
