Hi all,

This year I've decided to blog about my pre-season research and AFL Fantasy Strategy in 2018.

This year it appears we have to be even more conservative with our money compared to last - and especially in the top-end (worse value for money than ever before). However, this is the year to be jumping on premium rookies:

There's always plenty of debate around team structure, so I've also analysed the "perfect" round 1 team in 2017, which gives us clues about how it was set up:

GWS, Richmond, Gold Coast and Essendon are the teams with the easiest start to the year, so it makes sense to jump on those players early:

Why I'm giving O'Meara (and Nic Nat) a miss this year:

And I'm writing other posts at the moment on other Fantasy related research I've been doing.

Anyway, I hope you guys get something out of it.
